wonderful and pleasing handmade paper produced in Japan made from 100%
kozo fibers. These papers are made from pure kozo fibers without adding
any bleach or adulterant during the paper making process and hence the
name came from the word
Kizuki - shi. Kizuki - shi means "unadulterated
paper with pure fibers".
Kizukishi papers are natural in color with body and a hard surface.
These silky papers are created by master craftsmen of Japan. These are
light weight and acid free paper.
Kizukishi paper is used for mending because its fibers are
compact and can be torn into a strong web. Handmade Kizukishi Paper can also be used for
bookbinding, calligraphy, etc.
