Mango
paper is a variation of chiri paper. Mango paper is a handmade paper
from Thailand. It is made from 60% kozo with 40% mango leaf inclusions,
in a light translucent base and mixed media. Mango paper is lightweight,
semi transparent and delicate. It is available in a variety of colors.
Mango leaf fragments dance across the surface of these richly colored
lightweight papers. They look great with light shining through them. The
paper has a pH of 6 which makes the paper a bit acidic.
Applications of Mango Paper
Mango papers are great for decorating, book arts, collages and
letterpress. They are great for invitations, rubber stamping, packaging
and many other uses. These are a special compliment to all the art
papers. These handmade mango paper make beautiful gift wrap, book
